Import of tubes and pipes, riveted or similarly closed, of an external diameter more than 406,4 mm of steel to Ireland: Diminution in 2017

According to updated numbers announced by European Commission, compared with the year before tube and pipe import greatly diminished by 36.53 percent. Tube and pipe import fell strongly from 15 930 Euro to 10 110 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it declined by 89.29%. The overall changes for the prior 10 years attained a decrease of 99.61%. Besides, it has shown the average annual growth rate of 0.2 percent during the 5 years with a modest overall decline since the 2008. It averaged 618 098 Euro from 2008 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 2 625 200 Euro in 2008 and record low of 4 140 Euro in 2013.
