Import of trays, dishes, plates, cups and the like, of paper or paperboard to New Zealand increases in 2017

In 2017 consumer goods import went up by 9.79 percent, according to new figures published by United Nations Statistical Office. It's the highest level on record since 1989 as the indicator rose from 13 154 468 US Dollar to 14 441 902 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 6.22 percent. New Zealand saw a raise of 1 029.67% in consumer goods import over the past 29 years. Moreover, it has had a growth at a 0.09% average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a marginal overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 4 935 154.03 US Dollar from 1989 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 517 090 US Dollar in 1998.
