Crude oil stock change in Papua New Guinea: Decline in June 2018

According to adjusted statistics published by JODI Data, crude oil stock change strongly decreased by 189.05% in June 2018. Crude oil stock change fell sharply by 111.47 thousand tonnes, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it dropped by 222.55 percent. The figures hit 55.49 thousand tonnes in June 2017, which is a -3.2% fluctuation compared to May of the same year. Between June 2017 and June of the year after, the data present a -5.38 percent variation. Papua New Guinea saw a diminution of 191.23% in crude oil stock change over the past 9 years. Furthermore, the crude oil stock change is now above average of 2.29 thousand tonnes with a overall raise since the start of time series. It attained its all-time high of 321.93 thousand tonnes in June 2016 and record low of -80.23 thousand tonnes in March 2009.
