Sold production of children's town footwear with leather uppers in Croatia climbs in 2017

Compared to the previous year footwear sold production strongly rose by 50 percent, according to data issued by European Commission. Footwear sold production increased greatly by 95 000 number of pairs, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 47.29 percent. Croatia saw a drop of 60.96% in footwear sold production over the past 17 years. Besides, it has shown a 0.17% average annual growth rate during the five years with a slight overall decline since the 2001. It averaged 421 411.76 number of pairs from 2001 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 830 000 number of pairs in 2002 and record low of 129 000 number of pairs in 2015.
