Import of trays, dishes, plates, cups and the like, of paper or paperboard to Turkey: Diminution in 2017

Consumer goods import greatly decreased by 74.48% in 2017, adjusted figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. The indicator sharply dropped by 5 902 217 kilogram, in comparison to the prior year when it grew by 25.58%. The overall changes for the previous 29 years hit an increase of 40 352.38%. Though, it has attained a drop at a 0.15 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 1 254 000.03 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 7 924 836 kilogram in 2016 and record low of 3 513 kilogram in 1991.
