Export of hairpins, curling pins, hair-curlers and the like from Singapore: Growth in 2016

According to refreshed data announced by United Nations Statistical Office, consumer goods export grew greatly by 195.01 percent in 2016. It attained its 17-year high as consumer goods export strongly climbed by 89 709 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it dropped by 7.59%. Singapore saw a growth of 151.37% in consumer goods export over the past 17 years. Likewise, it has had a rise at a 0.22 percent compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a negligible overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 62 141.94 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its minimum of 39 387 kilogram in 2002.
