Import of live pure-bred breeding horses to Norway drops in 2017

In 2017 the indicator declined by 15.52%, according to revised data issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Horses import went down from 116 to 98, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 9.43%. The overall changes for the previous 18 years reached a drop of 60.8%. Likewise, it has had a decrease at a 0.04 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a modest overall decline since the 2000. It averaged 202.5 from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 348 in 2008 and record low of 69 in 2014.
