Import of coconut (copra) oil or fractions simply refined to Cameroon drops in 2016
Compared with the prior year coconut oil import sharply dropped by 70.97 percent, according to refreshed numbers issued by United Nations Statistical Office. Coconut oil import decreased strongly from 2 577 kilogram to 748 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 88.53%. The overall changes for the prior 21 years hit a rise of 2 393.33%. Furthermore, it has attained an increase at a 0.01 percent compound average annual growth rate during the last five years with a modest overall raise since the 1996. It averaged 2 216.29 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 22 461 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 11 kilogram in 1998.
