Import of coconut (copra) oil or fractions simply refined to Cameroon declines in 2016

The indicator fell sharply by 70.97% compared to the prior year, according to data issued by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable greatly decreased from 2 577 kilogram to 748 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it declined by 88.53%. Cameroon saw a increase of 2 393.33% in coconut oil import over the past 21 years. Furthermore, it has had the CAGR of 0.01% over the five years with a marginal overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 2 216.29 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 22 461 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 11 kilogram in 1998.
