Export of pocket, pen knives with folding blades from Lithuania grows in 2017

According to new figures published by United Nations Statistical Office, compared with the prior year consumer goods export sharply grew by 30.02%. The indicator climbed strongly by 1 916.65 kilogram, contrarily to the previous year when it diminished by 12.07%. Lithuania saw a rise of 656.67% in consumer goods export over the past 21 years. However, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.14% during the last five years with a negligible overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 4 350.51 kilogram from 1997 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 17 282 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 103 kilogram in 1998.
