Export of cumin seeds from Argentina: Raise in 2017

According to numbers issued by United Nations Statistical Office, in 2017 cumin seeds export rose strongly by 81.38 percent. The indicator sharply climbed by 2 842.75 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went up by 46.27%. Argentina saw a raise of 7.35% in cumin seeds export during the last 25 years. However, it has attained a decline at a 0.08% compound annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall decrease since the start of time series. It averaged 15 394.27 US Dollar from 1993 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 57 185 US Dollar in 1995 and record low of 2 388 US Dollar in 2015.
