Import of live horses except pure-bred breeding to Barbados: Drop in 2017

According to data presented by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison with 2016 horses import declined sharply by 61.88 percent. The indicator greatly went down by 63 265 US Dollar, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 47.62 percent. Barbados saw a rise of 4.04% in horses import over the past 21 years. Still it has shown a negative CAGR of 0.21 percent over the last five years with a modest overall diminution since the 1997. It averaged 160 726.29 US Dollar from 1997 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 691 138 US Dollar in 2004 and record low of 36 242 US Dollar in 2012.
