Import of parts of electric accumulators, including separators to Saint Lucia drops in 2016

The indicator strongly declined by 64.79% in comparison with the year before, refreshed figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. Battery import sharply went down by 46 kilogram, compared with the prior year when it increased by 47.92 percent. Saint Lucia saw a drop of 99.94% in battery import over the past 25 years. As well as it has had a fall at a 0.41% compound average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a marginal overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 3 177.24 kilogram from 1992 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 38 539 kilogram in 1992 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2005.
