Import of live horses except pure-bred breeding to Latvia: Fall in 2016

Horses import fell by 17.2 percent compared to the prior year, according to new figures announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator decreased from 69 536 US Dollar in 2015 to 57 575 US Dollar previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 171.41%. Latvia saw a raise of 181.27% in horses import during the last 23 years. As well as it has had a growth at a 0.31% compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a marginal overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 11 521.39 US Dollar from 1994 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 69 536 US Dollar in 2015 and record low of 1 098 US Dollar in 1999.
