Export of knitted or crocheted babies' garments and clothing accessories of synthetic fibres from Costa Rica decreases in 2016

According to figures published by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison with the prior year baby clothing export diminished strongly by 90.37%. The variable declined greatly by 3 961 kilogram, in comparison to the previous year when it increased by 1 757.2%. The overall changes for the prior 20 years hit a decline of 99.91%. As well as it has had a diminution at a 0.24 percent compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a negligible overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 142 671.15 kilogram from 1997 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 601 625 kilogram in 1999 and record low of 67 kilogram in 2013.
