Export of single cotton yarn of combed fibres containing more than 85% by weight of cotton, measuring per single yarn less than 125 decitex from Pakistan: Raise in 2016

The indicator climbed by 8.33 percent compared to the previous year, according to statistics released by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable went up by 37 279 kilogram, in comparison with the previous year when it fell by 70.61 percent. Pakistan saw a fall of 37.1% in cotton export over the past 14 years. As well as it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.24 percent during the five years with a slight overall diminution since the 2003. It averaged 2 710 530.57 kilogram from 2003 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 7 010 907 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 447 594 kilogram in 2015.
