Passenger cars in use in Senegal: Rise in 2015

In 2015 the indicator climbed by 6.25%, refreshed figures from OICA reveal. It's the highest record ever observed since 2005 as passenger cars in use went up from 320 thousand units to 340 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 4.92 percent. Senegal saw a growth of 108.59% in passenger cars in use during the last 11 years. Furthermore, it has shown the average annual growth rate of 0.06 percent during the last five years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 237.22 thousand units from 2005 to 2015 and it reached its minimum of 163 thousand units in 2005.
