Passenger cars in use in Senegal: Rise in 2017

OICA announced that the indicator slightly rose by 4.9 percent in comparison to the prior year. The variable increased hardly from 357.5 thousand units to 375 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 5.15%. It's the highest level on record since 2005. Senegal saw an increase of 130.06% in passenger cars in use over the past 13 years. As well as it has attained a rise at a 0.04% compound annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 257.07 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 163 thousand units in 2005.
