Naphtha export in Kuwait rises in May 2018

In comparison with the previous month the variable grew by 6.2%, updated figures from JODI Data display. Naphtha export went up from 3 240 thousand barrels to 3 441 thousand barrels, compared to the prior month when it went down by 4.99%. When looking at the previous year, it can be announced that the indicator was going up by 24.25 percent and reached 3 131 thousand barrels in May. This highlights a 9.9 percent fluctuation between May 2017 and the same month the year after. The overall changes for the previous 9 years attained a diminution of 39.01%. Moreover, the naphtha export is now smaller than its average which equals 4 471.61 thousand barrels with a negligible overall decline since the start of observations. It hit its all-time high of 8 401 thousand barrels in August 2009 and record low of 450 thousand barrels in June 2009.
