Re-import of live pure-bred breeding horses to Canada: Increase in 2017

Compared with the prior year the indicator sharply rose by 67.65%, according to refreshed statistics published by United Nations Statistical Office. It's the highest value on record since 2002 as the variable grew strongly by 23, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 54.55 percent. Canada saw a raise of 5 600% in horses import during the last 16 years. Besides, it has attained a rise at a 0.14 percent compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall increase since the 2002. It averaged 17.19 from 2002 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 1 in 2002.
