Tungsten production in Uganda: Fall in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey announced that tungsten production declined barely by 4.76% in 2015. The indicator slightly fell from 63 metric ton in 2014 to 60 metric ton previous year, versus the prior year when it went up by 10.53 percent. The overall changes for the previous 17 years hit a decline of 1 300%. Besides, it has shown a growth at a 0.5 percent average annual growth rate during the last five years with a strong overall raise since the 1999. It averaged 35.24 metric ton from 1999 to 2015 and it reached its all-time high of 86 metric ton in 2007 and record low of -5 metric ton in 1999.
