Import of fresh or chilled leeks to Singapore drops in 2016

Import of fresh or chilled leeks barely dropped by 4.53% in 2016, refreshed numbers from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Import of fresh or chilled leeks decreased hardly by 192 828 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 2.39%. Singapore saw a raise of 27.31% in import of fresh or chilled leeks during the last 28 years. As well as it has had a rise at a 0.03 percent average annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 4 340 543.71 kilogram from 1989 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 7 113 950 kilogram in 2002 and record low of 2 678 844 kilogram in 1990.
