Import of prepared or preserved sweet corn to Russia: Fall in 2017

Compared with the previous year processed food import negligibly dropped by 3.64%, refreshed figures from United Nations Statistical Office illustrate. Processed food import went down barely by 961 060 kilogram, contrarily to the prior year when it grew by 11.58%. The overall changes for the previous 22 years hit a growth of 36.59%. Though, it has shown a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.11% over the five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 54 624 927.91 kilogram from 1996 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 98 387 824 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 13 768 058 kilogram in 2000.
