Import of sulphites of metals other than sodium to Brazil: Decline in 2016

The indicator greatly declined by 76.72% compared to the prior year, updated numbers from United Nations Statistical Office show. Sulphides import sharply went down from 2 487 622 kilogram in 2015 to 579 054 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 18.58 percent. The overall changes for the prior 28 years attained a rise of 877.39%. However, it has had a decline at a 0.3 percent compound average annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 016 598.43 kilogram from 1989 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 3 858 377 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 59 245 kilogram in 1989.
