Import of sulphites of metals other than sodium to Brazil: Drop in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office reported that sulphides import sharply declined by 76.72% in comparison with the prior year. The indicator fell strongly from 2 487 622 kilogram in 2015 to 579 054 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it diminished by 18.58 percent. The overall changes for the previous 28 years attained an increase of 877.39%. Though, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.3% during the last 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 016 598.43 kilogram from 1989 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 3 858 377 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 59 245 kilogram in 1989.
