Import of ultramarine and preparations based thereon to Hong Kong goes up in 2017

According to numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to the previous year colorants import went up greatly by 84.32 percent. The indicator climbed sharply from 115 413 kilogram to 212 732 kilogram, versus the prior year when it fell by 28.27%. Hong Kong saw a decrease of 64.16% in colorants import during the last 25 years. Furthermore, it has had an increase at a 0.04% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a slight overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 741 984.4 kilogram from 1993 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 2 001 479 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 115 413 kilogram in 2016.
