Import of crude glycerol, glycerol waters and lye to Kazakhstan: Fall in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office announced that compared to one year earlier glycerol import sharply fell by 55.68%. The indicator went down greatly from 145 293 kilogram in 2015 to 64 387 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 27.87%. Kazakhstan saw an increase of 81.96% in glycerol import over the past 17 years. As well as it has attained a raise at a 0.21 percent compound average annual growth rate during the five years with a modest overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 69 314 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 201 428 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 1 399 kilogram in 2009.
