Sold production of frozen whole turkeys in Lithuania declines in 2017

Compared to the year before turkey sold production went down hardly by 0.86%, according to updated figures presented by European Commission. Turkey sold production slightly decreased from 250 589 kilogram in 2016 to 248 441 kilogram previous year, versus the prior year when it went up by 50.51 percent. Lithuania saw a raise of 698.18% in turkey sold production during the last 13 years. Still it has shown a fall at a 0.04% CAGR during the last five years with a slight overall rise since the 2005. It averaged 142 714.23 kilogram from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 316 820 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 31 126 kilogram in 2005.
