Import of ice cream and other edible ice to India falls in 2017

According to revised numbers presented by United Nations Statistical Office, compared to the prior year the indicator sharply diminished by 34.26 percent. Ice cream import strongly went down by 1 373 975.5 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 18.52 percent. The overall changes for the prior 20 years reached a growth of 8 960.6%. However, it has had a decline at a 0.01 percent CAGR over the last 5 years with a modest overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 214 461.18 US Dollar from 1998 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 4 921 774 US Dollar in 2015 and record low of 29 098 US Dollar in 1998.
