Vanadium consumption in carbon steel manufacturing in United States: Growth in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey published that the variable negligibly went up by 4.65 percent in 2015. Vanadium consumption climbed barely by 33 000 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 5.81%. United States saw a drop of 27.86% in vanadium consumption during the last 15 years. Moreover, it has shown a decline at a 0.02 percent average annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 936 266.67 kilogram from 2001 to 2015 and it hit its all-time high of 1 300 000 kilogram in 2004 and record low of 671 000 kilogram in 2013.
