Import of flat plate, sheet, strip of copper-tin alloy to Uganda declines in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office announced that in comparison to one year earlier the variable went down greatly by 80.27 percent. Copper import fell sharply from 8 704 kilogram in 2015 to 1 717 kilogram prior year, in comparison with the previous year when it went up by 4 682.42 percent. The overall changes for the prior 23 years hit a increase of 2 501.52%. Besides, it has attained the compound annual growth rate of 0.18% during the five years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 1 031.74 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 8 704 kilogram in 2015 and record low of 45 kilogram in 1998.
