Commercial vehicles in use in Lebanon: Rise in 2017

Commercial vehicles in use hardly rose by 4.27% compared with the prior year, refreshed figures from OICA indicate. The indicator slightly went up from 117 thousand units to 122 thousand units, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 3.54%. It indicates the all-time high since 2005. Lebanon saw an increase of 34.07% in commercial vehicles in use during the last 13 years. As well as it has attained a 0.03% CAGR during the last five years with a sharp overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 101.15 thousand units from 2005 to 2017 and it hit its minimum of 88 thousand units in 2006.
