Export of invert sugar, caramel and artificial honey from Mexico declines in 2017

According to revised numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, compared to one year earlier sugar export hardly dropped by 3.64%. The variable diminished slightly by 224 999 US Dollar, in contrast to the prior year when it rose by 8.88%. Mexico saw an increase of 2 326.6% in sugar export during the last 28 years. However, it has attained a diminution at a 0.01% compound annual growth rate over the five years with a slight overall growth since the 1990. It averaged 3 391 060.14 US Dollar from 1990 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 6 875 464 US Dollar in 2014 and record low of 245 520 US Dollar in 1990.
