Re-import of copper screws and bolts to Canada goes up in 2017

Compared to the previous year copper import grew strongly by 120.97 percent, new numbers from United Nations Statistical Office demonstrate. The indicator climbed sharply from 1 149 kilogram in 2016 to 2 539 kilogram prior year, versus the previous year when it diminished by 38.59 percent. Canada saw an increase of 210.01% in copper import over the past 18 years. Likewise, it has had a raise at a 0.28% CAGR during the five years with a negligible overall drop since the 2000. It averaged 4 618.72 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 30 468 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 354 kilogram in 2012.
