Naphtha export in Iraq: Increase in May 2018

According to figures announced by JODI Data, in May 2018 naphtha export grew barely by 4.76 percent. It's the highest ever established since 2015 as naphtha export slightly rose from 21 thousand barrels per day to 22 thousand barrels per day, as it follows the tendency of the prior month when it increased by 40%. The indicator had resulted in 14 thousand barrels per day in May 2017, which shows no change in comparison to the previous month of the same year. When examining the year-on-year situation, a 57.14% rise can be observed between May 2017 and May of the year after. The overall changes for the previous 3 years attained a raise of 2 100%. Compared with its average, the naphtha export is now bigger as the mean equals 9.34 thousand barrels per day with a overall increase since the 2015. It hit its minimum of 1 thousand barrels per day in January 2015.
