Import of vices, clamps and the like to Slovakia decreases in 2017

Industrial equipment import declined by 5.34% in 2017, updated figures from European Commission indicate. The indicator diminished from 2 512 350 Euro in 2016 to 2 378 190 Euro prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 14.27%. Slovakia saw a rise of 400.06% in industrial equipment import over the past 19 years. Furthermore, it has had the compound average annual growth rate of 0.04 percent during the five years with a slight overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 1 343 697.37 Euro from 1999 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 2 930 630 Euro in 2015 and record low of 475 580 Euro in 1999.
