Import of medicaments of other antibiotics packaged for retail sale to Poland: Increase in 2017

Compared with the previous year the indicator climbed by 14.48%, according to data released by European Commission. Antibiotic import rose from 138 192 256 Euro in 2016 to 158 204 672 Euro prior year, in contrast to the previous year when it decreased by 6.09%. The overall changes for the prior 16 years attained a decrease of 0.28%. Likewise, it has had a 0.02 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a slight overall fall since the 2002. It averaged 151 330 533.5 Euro from 2002 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 177 512 224 Euro in 2008 and record low of 123 291 080 Euro in 2012.
