Re-export of tetracyclines from Hong Kong decreases in 2017

According to statistics presented by United Nations Statistical Office, compared with the previous year organic chemicals export sharply fell by 96.67 percent. The indicator strongly went down from 9 000 kilogram in 2016 to 300 kilogram prior year, versus the previous year when it went up by 2 268.42%. Hong Kong saw a fall of 99.98% in organic chemicals export during the last 25 years. Moreover, it has shown a raise at a 0.1% CAGR during the last 5 years with a modest overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 426 838.32 kilogram from 1993 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 2 209 732 kilogram in 1994 and record low of 202 kilogram in 2014.
