Coffee consumption in Trinidad and Tobago remains stable in 2017

According to statistics released by International Coffee Organization, in comparison with the previous year coffee consumption remained the same. For the 8th consecutive year, the variable remained steady at 10 thousand of bags (60kg). Trinidad and Tobago saw a growth of 25% in coffee consumption during the last 28 years. In comparison to its average, the coffee consumption is now lower as the mean equals 11.84 thousand of bags (60kg) and the indicator pinpoints a overall decrease since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 14 thousand of bags (60kg) in 2005 and record low of 8 thousand of bags (60kg) in 1990.
