Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres packaged for retail sale to Latvia climbs in 2017

European Commission announced that yarn import greatly increased by 49.26 percent compared with the prior year. Yarn import went up strongly by 1 660 Euro, in contrast to the previous year when it dropped by 63.29 percent. The overall changes for the prior 10 years hit a drop of 68.89%. As well as it has attained a decrease at a 0.33 percent CAGR over the five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 19 501 Euro from 2008 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 45 140 Euro in 2010 and record low of 2 500 Euro in 2009.
