Shipments of secondary aluminum alloys: diecast alloys, 13% si, 360, etc. (0.6% cu, maximum) in United States drops in 2015

Compared with the previous year the variable decreased by 28.03 percent, according to revised numbers released by U.S. Geological Survey. Aluminum alloys shipments fell from 47 100 metric ton in 2014 to 33 900 metric ton prior year, in comparison to the previous year when it rose by 6.8%. United States saw a rise of 52.7% in aluminum alloys shipments during the last 15 years. However, it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.06% during the last 5 years with a modest overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 31 266.67 metric ton from 2001 to 2015 and it attained its all-time high of 47 100 metric ton in 2014 and record low of 16 500 metric ton in 2008.
