Import of not knitted or crocheted babies' garments and clothing accessories of synthetic fibres to Canada: Rise in 2016

Baby clothing import climbed negligibly by 1.73 percent compared with the prior year, updated data from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. Baby clothing import hardly rose by 8 439 kilogram, versus the previous year when it went down by 11.28 percent. The overall changes for the prior 17 years attained a decrease of 62.7%. Besides, it has shown an increase at a 0.01% average annual growth rate over the five years with a negligible overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 594 296.47 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 1 333 240 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 285 975 kilogram in 2003.
