Vanadium ash and residues imports in United States holds steady in 2017

U.S. Geological Survey published that the indicator hasn't changed in comparison with the prior year. The vanadium import remained stable at 7 200 metric ton, for the 2nd consecutive year. United States saw a rise of 200% in vanadium import during the last 20 years. Besides, it has attained the compound average annual growth rate of 0.11 percent during the last 5 years with a modest overall increase since the 1998. It averaged 2 948.35 metric ton from 1998 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 9 440 metric ton in 2015 and record low of 637 metric ton in 2006.
