Import of bleached coniferous chemical wood pulp of soda or sulphate to Georgia: Growth in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that wood pulp import grew by 9.03 percent compared to the prior year. The indicator rose from 8 627 kilogram to 9 406 kilogram, in comparison to the previous year when it decreased by 44.19%. The overall changes for the prior 20 years reached a diminution of 82.14%. Besides, it has had the average annual growth rate of 0.04 percent over the last five years with a slight overall decrease since the 1998. It averaged 12 937.45 kilogram from 1998 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 52 675 kilogram in 1998 and record low of 7 726 kilogram in 2013.
