Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Estonia: Rise in 2016

The indicator climbed sharply by 121.92% in comparison to the prior year, according to numbers issued by European Commission. Yarn import grew strongly by 17 800 kilogram, contrarily to the previous year when it diminished by 66.44%. The overall changes for the prior 14 years hit a decrease of 71.97%. Furthermore, it has shown a fall at a 0.05% average annual growth rate during the five years with a marginal overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 36 014.29 kilogram from 2003 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 115 600 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 8 300 kilogram in 2009.
