Fuel oil demand in Kuwait goes down in April 2018

JODI Data published that the indicator barely declined by 1.6% compared to the previous month. The variable diminished slightly from 3 689 thousand barrels to 3 630 thousand barrels, contrarily to the prior month when it grew by 11.65%. The year before, the indicator was climbing by 2.76% and attained 3 090 thousand barrels the same month one year earlier. Year-on-year, this pinpoints a 17.48% variation between April 2017 and the same month the year after. Kuwait saw a growth of 98.47% in fuel oil demand over the past 16 years. Besides, the fuel oil demand is now below average of 3 651.9 thousand barrels with a moderate overall decrease since the 2002. It reached its all-time high of 8 220 thousand barrels in November 2011 and record low of 1 200 thousand barrels in June 2002.
