Export of brooms and brushes of vegetable material from Slovakia declines in 2016

In comparison with the previous year consumer goods export diminished by 23.13 percent, according to data released by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator declined from 24 502 to 18 835, in contrast to the prior year when it increased by 11.57%. It's the lowest number in its history since 2000. Slovakia saw a decline of 85.7% in consumer goods export during the last 17 years. Moreover, it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.2% over the last five years with a slight overall drop since the 2000. It averaged 91 043.94 from 2000 to 2016 and it hit its maximum of 231 224 in 2010.
