Export of milk with a fat content not exceeding 1% from Botswana: Raise in 2016

Compared with the previous year the indicator rose barely by 1.61 percent, according to data announced by United Nations Statistical Office. Milk export increased negligibly from 1 368 kilogram in 2015 to 1 390 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 108.54 percent. Botswana saw a decrease of 4.79% in milk export over the past 17 years. Likewise, it has attained the compound annual growth rate of 0.1 percent during the five years with a modest overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 17 146 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 135 502 kilogram in 2011 and record low of 3 kilogram in 2001.
