Import of live horses except pure-bred breeding to Switzerland grows in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office reported that in comparison to the prior year the indicator barely climbed by 0.3%. The variable increased slightly from 3 713 in 2016 to 3 724 previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it rose by 0.81 percent. Switzerland saw a growth of 27.67% in horses import over the past 30 years. Furthermore, the horses import is now higher than its average which equals 2 972.37 and the indicator indicates a marginal overall rise since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 4 135 in 2012 and record low of 2 401 in 2006.
