Import of packing containers, including record sleeves to Iceland goes up in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that the variable grew by 23.59% compared to the prior year. Consumer goods import rose from 269 001 kilogram in 2016 to 332 449.63 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 5.37%. Iceland saw a decline of 35.17% in consumer goods import over the past 30 years. As well as it has attained a 0.04 percent compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 454 622.32 kilogram from 1988 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 794 759 kilogram in 1995 and record low of 212 239 kilogram in 2009.
