Fuel oil demand in Romania declines in April 2018

According to updated statistics published by JODI Data, the variable greatly dropped by 35.71% compared with the prior month. The indicator fell sharply from 90.3 thousand barrels to 58.05 thousand barrels, contrarily to the previous month when it went up by 100 percent. April 2017, the variable climbed by 18.75 percent and hit 122.55 thousand barrels. In sum, the indicator was -52.63% smaller in April 2017 than in April 2018. Romania saw a decrease of 96.92% in fuel oil demand over the past 15 years. In comparison to its average, the fuel oil demand is now smaller as the mean equals 419.85 thousand barrels with a slight overall diminution since the 2003. It attained its all-time high of 2 444.55 thousand barrels in March 2003 and record low of 6.45 thousand barrels in June 2010.
