Export of boron and tellurium from South Africa rises in 2017

According to numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, the indicator climbed strongly by 20 171.77% in comparison with the year before. The variable sharply rose from 177 kilogram to 35 881.03 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it increased by 1 164.29 percent. The overall changes for the previous 18 years attained an increase of 1 553.5%. Besides, it has shown a rise at a 0.45 percent average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall decline since the start of time series. It averaged 47 941.78 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 169 270 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 14 kilogram in 2015.
