Export of boron and tellurium from South Africa grows in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that compared with the previous year export of boron and tellurium grew strongly by 20 171.77 percent. The variable greatly went up by 35 704.03 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 1 164.29%. South Africa saw a rise of 1 553.5% in export of boron and tellurium during the last 18 years. Besides, it has shown a increase at a 0.45% compound average annual growth rate during the last five years with a slight overall decline since the start of observations. It averaged 47 941.78 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 169 270 kilogram in 2007 and record low of 14 kilogram in 2015.
