Business revenue from hotel rooms of hotels in China rises in 2016

Hotel revenue rose by 5.78% compared to the prior year, according to numbers presented by China National Statistical Office. It's new all-time high since 2004 as hotel revenue went up from 1 803.1 hundred million Yuan Renminbi to 1 907.23 hundred million Yuan Renminbi, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it grew by 3.67 percent. The overall changes for the prior 13 years reached a rise of 243.83%. Besides, it has had a 0.03 percent compound average annual growth rate during the five years with a negligible overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 1 271.8 hundred million Yuan Renminbi from 2004 to 2016 and it attained its minimum of 554.7 hundred million Yuan Renminbi in 2004.
